About the Role
- As a Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of various engineering projects within your specific field of expertise. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning: Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for construction projects, considering technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
Project Management: Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Site Inspection: Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and address any on-site challenges or issues.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction and engineering activities meet required standards and regulations.
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for project implementation.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including engineering reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements in all project activities.
Innovation and Improvement: Explore innovative solutions and engineering techniques to improve project efficiency and sustainability.
Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in construction or any related field is required for this position.
Can read and understand drawings, PE design and other construction, structural and electrical documents.
Able to handle structure, architecture, ID and landscape works.
Able to plan work schedule.
Competent in using MS office and AutoCAD.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written in English.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu,
Familiar with ISO 9001 will be preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.
Dedicated, have a strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness and fond of learning.
Able to work for overtime.
