About the Role
- As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of workers within the construction workplace. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities and implementing measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Descriptions
Safety Oversight: Supervise day-to-day activities within the construction workplace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Protective Equipment: Ensure that workers use necessary protective equipment, such as safety helmets, safety boots, and harnesses, where and when required.
Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and identify their root causes to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Addressing Safety Concerns: Act promptly on workers' safety concerns and reports about safety issues within the construction site.
Communication: Serve as a communication link between workers and top management concerning safety and the proper organization of the workplace.
Accident Prevention: Implement measures to minimize accidents and improve safety conditions within the workplace.
Unsafe Conditions and Practices: Inspect the site regularly to identify and rectify any unsafe conditions and correct unsafe practices.
Sub-Contractors Compliance: Check sub-contractors' work to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and requirements.
Safety Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Staff Competency Tracking: Keep track of staff competency, including qualifications such as OGSP, CIDB, Crane Operator, Chargeman, etc.
Enforcement of PPE: Enforce the implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the worksite to enhance worker safety.
Toolbox Meetings: Conduct regular toolbox meetings to disseminate safety information and promote a culture of safety among workers.

Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Safety and Health or related qualification.
Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency License registered with DOSH / JKKP (Yellow book).
