About the Role
- As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the specified time frame. You will play a critical role in managing resources, communicating with various stakeholders, and maintaining quality standards on the construction site.
You will play a crucial role in driving the successful completion of construction projects. Your ability to manage resources, prioritize safety, and maintain project integrity will contribute significantly to the overall success of construction initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all company regulations and safety legislation and communicates these to all general workers
Enforce compliance, administering disciplinary actions as required
Supervise workers, contractors & sub-contractors
To actively participate with hands on activities at site while monitoring
Provide daily start and end of day reports to office
Provide daily site activity report
To communicate with office Document Controller
To manage daily site activity following the Project Timeline
To work together with site General Workers to ensure Project delivery and timeline is met consistently
Ability to read Drawings and understand and interpret from paper to site condition
Liaise with the Project Engineer, Site Engineer regarding client requirements
Attend client coordination and site progress meetings, toolbox meetings (as required)
Closely monitor and account for client satisfaction with the project
Supervise the delivery, acceptance, monitoring, usage & distribution of materials on site
Assist in resources planning to meet construction schedule
Construction schedule running on time
Hands-on on daily day-to-day site activities
Key Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Willing to travel.
